A few words about the Chef
Chef Yiannis Liokas has been an active member of Greek gastronomic scene for years. With roots from Ipiros, he experiments with flavours and ingredients from Greece and the Mediterranean with emphasis on immersive cuisine. He has studied in Athens with further education next to awarded chefs in Paris and Milan. He has worked in Greece and abroad in established hotels and restaurants some of which have been awarded with Michelin stars.
Recently his efforts were awarded by FNL gastronomic awards. In his own words: “ What I wish to offer through my cooking is a contemporary and immersive Greek cuisine in a comfort version, as my moto is that gastronomy should be for everyone.
Alternative Greek cuisine
Our chef Yiannis Liokas and his team present Greek cuisine in its most contemporary and delicate version. With references to gastronomic tradition of Greece, they prepare their haute gastronomie dishes with a different approach. The menu is renewed according to the seasonal availability of the ingredients, which are always carefully selected by our team.
